Quotes must be submitted any time prior to 1:00 PM on July 31, 2026.

The town agrees to make all reasonable efforts to pay the contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice detailing the work completed and acceptance from the town of the work completed.

The awarded contractor guarantees that all materials incorporated into the work will be new unless otherwise specified or agreed. The contractor agrees to make, at their own expense, any repairs or replacements made necessary by defects in materials or workmanship supplied to them that become evident within one (1) year after the date of the final payment.

Submitter must provide a minimum of three (3) references for whom they have completed contracts for work similar in size and scope to this project within the last five (5) years.

Questions regarding the project must be addressed in writing by 1 PM on July 24.

Any employee found on a worksite without documentation of successful completion of a 10-hour OSHA-approved construction safety and health course shall be subject to immediate removal.

The contractor shall complete the entire work no later than one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days after the notice to proceed.

The contract incorporates FAR ****, Warranty of construction, and special warranty obligations may be required.

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of 250 euros for each day of delay.

The embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference and site visit at the chancery on Thursday July 16, 2026 at 10:00 CET.

Samples are physical examples which illustrate materials, equipment or workmanship and establish standards by which the work will be judged. The contractor shall send approved samples not destroyed in testing to the contracting officer.

Offerors must provide past performance experience form listing projects completed over the past 3 years that are similar to the solicited requirements, including title, location, year completed, project owner, agency or firm, project owner point of contact, and a brief description of the project and its relevance to the contract. Personnel assigned to the project must also be listed with their name, position, years of experience, background, and skills.
