( YVEA) is soliciting proposals from qualified electric substation construction firms to provide services for construction of a new 69kV to **** substation. This new substation will be built to replace our existing Airport Substation on the adjacent property. This construction will take place over the next 2 years with planned energization of the new sub by November 1, 2027. Retirement of the old substation may be completed in 2027
