Proposals are due by June 24, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. local time. due date: june 24, 2026 @2: 00 p. m.

Contractors will be paid after work completion, with payments processed within 30 days of invoice receipt. he contractor shall be paid after the completion of the work once the invoices are submitted, and all payments shall be processed within thirty 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Materials, work, services, and modifications are warranted for a minimum of one year from the date of completion. he materials, work, services and modifications, including, but not limited to, labor, workmanship, quality of materials and installation, shall be warranted for a period of at least one 1 year from the date of completion.

The contractor must be a Tennessee commercial licensed electrician with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical system service and repairs. he contractor must be a tennessee commercial licensed electrician. the contractor must have a minimum of five 5 years of handson experience in commercial andor industrial electrical system service and repairs.

Failure to respond to a service dispatch with adequate personnel and equipment within the set response time shall constitute a material breach of contract. failure to respond to a service dispatch with adequate personnel and equipment to perform the required work within the set response time shall constitute a material breach of contract.

Breach of contract terms, including failure to respond to service dispatches, can lead to termination. should the contractor fail to fulfill in a timely and proper manner its obligations under this contract or if it should violate any of the terms of this contract, the city of lebanon wwtp shall have the right to immediately terminate the contract.

The project completion time is 360 calendar days for substantial completion and 390 calendar days for final completion, calculated from the date specified in the notice to proceed.

The warranty for all work completed subsequent to the date of substantial completion expires one year from the date of final acceptance.

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Bidders must not have defaulted on any contract within three years, maintain a permanent place of business, have adequate personnel and equipment, possess suitable financial status, have appropriate technical experience satisfactory to the engineer and division, be registered with the secretary of state to do business in NH, and have performed to the satisfaction of the engineer and division on previous contracts of a similar nature.

Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $1,**** for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion, and $1,**** for each calendar day of delay from the date established for final completion.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the wastewater treatment plant located at 300 Winston Street, Manchester, NH ****.

The owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the owner that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the agreement and to complete the work contemplated therein. A conditional or qualified bid will not be accepted.

Pricing must be valid for a project schedule of Summer 2027, approximately mid-May through mid-August.

Provide a minimum one-year installers warranty on all materials, equipment, and labor.
