The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Wolf Outlying Field (WOLF) is seeking contractor support for engineering and integration of various airborne capabilities. This includes development, design, prototyping, low rate production, demonstration, testing, integration, technical installation, transition through initial operational capability (IOC), and maintenance in the domains of cyber, maritime domain awareness (MDA), situational awareness, data management and dissemination, and other rapid capability software requirements. This support is for Department of Navy (DON), Department of Defense (DOD), and other government agency projects.

This is a Sources Sought Synopsis from the United States Air Force for remote video game kits. The government is conducting market research to determine if businesses are capable of providing an alternative product. The anticipated procurement is for FY26 with a projected period of performance from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2027, with three one-year option periods. The Department of the Air Force (DAF) Library Program requires video game kits for 20 remote and isolated locations monthly. Each kit should contain 6 new release video games, with all locations receiving the same games each month. Vendors must be established sellers of video games to the library and commercial marketplace. Key product characteristics include the ability to provide materials (video games) in Xbox, PlayStation 4/5, and Nintendo Switch formats. Kits must be shipped to remote locations, with 20 kits per month for 12 months, totaling 1,440 video games annually. There should be no duplication of titles from previous months. Vendors must provide a prerelease list and have a commercially available website with a multitier web-based purchasing system. A dedicated customer service representative is required to resolve service issues. The DAF libraries will have unique logins to select items and build carts. Items received in error or in unacceptable condition will be replaced at no additional cost, with no requirement for return. The order will be firm-fixed price with shipping costs included, via U. S.
