The Nation may make investigations to determine the ability of the responding party to perform the work and reserves the right to reject any proposal if the responding party is not properly qualified. The nation may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the responding party to perform the work. The responding party shall furnish to the nation all such information and data for this purpose upon request. The nation reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such responding party fails to satisfy the nation such responding party is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated therein.
