The Navajo Division of Transportation requests sealed proposals from qualified design-build teams for a complete turnkey AWOS Pt III project at Chinle Airport. The scope includes investigation, design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, FAA commissioning support, training, warranty, and maintenance. Selection will be based on best value. Year 2 warranty and maintenance support is included in the base price. The owner will not disclose a project budget.
