The records are located in Neosho, Missouri, and must be incinerated within a 200-mile radius. The contractor is responsible for all costs associated with the effort, including subcontractor requirements, shipping, and contingencies. The contractor must provide proof of bonding, insurance, and certification (NAID AAA or ISO 9000:2015). The period of performance is 45 days following award, with incineration completed no later than 14 days after record removal. The contractor must attend a kickoff meeting within 5 business days of award. The contractor must provide interim and final certificates of destruction.
