The Springfield Housing Authority's intent is for the contractor to receive prompt payment. Bills submitted by the contractor must be received by the SHA no later than 10 days prior to the next scheduled payment processing date (1st and 15th of each month). Offerors are expected to be qualified, licensed, and insured entities. They must demonstrate professional qualifications and the ability to perform the work, as indicated by staff profiles, client lists, and references. in keeping with its mandate to provide efficient and effective services, the agency is now seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and insured entities to provide the following detailed services from firms for legal services.
