Request for Proposal (RFP) for beverage distribution and services for various UNM Hospitals locations. The vendor will be responsible for supplying, delivering, and stocking a variety of beverages including Red Bull, Arizona Tea, and Calypso Lemonades. Proposals are due by July 31, 2026, at 12:30 PM MST/MDT. Hard copies are required. The contract is expected to be for a minimum of 3 years. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, weekly ordering, timely delivery, and stocking/rotation of products. The evaluation criteria include business profile, financial qualifications, product offerings, services, ongoing support model, and price proposal. UNM Hospitals reserves the right to negotiate with offerors.
All offeror proposals must be received for review and evaluation no later than 12:30 PM Mountain Standard Time/Daylight Time on July 31, 2026. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.
Payment terms are Net 30. Upon written request from offeror for payment, the UNMHSC shall, within 30 days, issue a written certification of complete or partial acceptance or rejection, with payment to follow within 30 days after certificate of acceptance.
Offeror warrants the goods and/or services furnished to be exactly as specified in any resultant agreement, free from defects in offeror's design, labor, materials and manufacture, and to be in compliance with any drawings or specifications incorporated herein and with any samples furnished by offeror. All applicable UCC warranties express and implied are incorporated herein.
The offeror selected for the award will be chosen on the basis of the greatest benefit to UNMHSC, not on the basis of lowest price.
Offerors must provide a business profile, financial information, and at least two references of customers from the last three years. Two references should be similar in size and scope of work to UNMHSC.
The procurement code imposes civil and criminal penalties for its violation. New Mexico criminal statutes impose criminal penalties for bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks.

Failure to comply with instructions, specifications, and standard terms and conditions may result in an offer being classified as unresponsive and disqualified. Failure to mark sealed proposals appropriately may result in the offer being opened early or not included in the opening.
