The successful contractor must provide insurance per the attached specification and must possess the following licenses submitted with bid proposal: louisiana specialty contractors license for building construction, specialty: detention locks specialty: furniture fixtures, and institutional kitchen equipment. louisiana state fire marshall life, safety, and property protection.
Failure to deliver within the time specified in the bid will constitute a default and may cause cancellation of the contract.
A mandatory prebid conference and site visit are scheduled for november 04, 2025, at 09: 30 a. m. The mandatory site visit will be coordinated by a city parish representative.
