Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer. Invoices should be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless otherwise specified. Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) will be used for payment requests and receiving reports.

Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Contractor personnel shall possess a high school diploma, a current Top Secret clearance, intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheet software), strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Quotes that do not comply with detailed instructions for format and content may be considered unacceptable and ineligible for award. Refurbished items will be deemed unacceptable.
