This is a small business set-aside requirement for oral history processing services for the Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC). The contractor will be responsible for processing and consolidating oral histories, including archival processing and digital reconciliation. The base period of performance is from September 6, 2026, through September 5, 2027. Option Period 1 is from September 6, 2027, through September 5, 2028.
Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer. Invoices should be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless otherwise specified. Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) will be used for payment requests and receiving reports.
Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are technical and price. Contractor personnel shall possess a high school diploma, a current Top Secret clearance, intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheet software), strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Quotes that do not comply with detailed instructions for format and content may be considered unacceptable and ineligible for award. Refurbished items will be deemed unacceptable.
