The County of Kenosha is seeking bids for the expansion of the cart path for cart storage at the Brighton Dale Links golf course. The vendor responsibility form is due by 9/12/2025 at 5:00 PM. Bids are due by 9/17/2025 at 1:00 PM. A pre-bid conference will be held on 9/3/2025 at 10:00 AM CT at the Brighton Dale Links golf course clubhouse. Bidders must submit a unit price and extended total for each item and a total price. All prices must be quoted in US dollars. The bid offer form, signature and authority affidavit form, references sheet, ethics compliance addendum, and bid bond are required. Awards will be made on the basis of the lowest total cost from a responsive, responsible bidder who meets specifications. Timeliness of delivery may be considered. Progress payments will be made monthly, with a 5% retainage. Changes in the work require prior written approval. A one-year warranty for defective workmanship and/or replacement of defective products/materials is required. All employees of the contractor who service equipment or perform work in a county facility may be required to submit to a criminal records background check. The contractor agrees not to refer to the award of this contract in commercial advertising in such a manner as to state or imply that the services provided are endorsed or preferred by Kenosha County.
