Bidders must show reasonable acquaintance with the work and provide financial statements, equipment list, comparable projects, and references if requested. As stated: bidder must be in a position to immediately submit. . . bidders current, complete financial statement.

Liquidated damages of $100 per calendar day for incomplete work after April 30, 2027. As stated: the sum of one hundred dollars **** per day will be deducted from the contract amount for each and every calendar day the work is incomplete.

Requests for interpretation must be made no later than five working days before bid receipt. As stated: requests for interpretations shall be made no later than five working days before the date set for the receipt of bids.

Bids not signed by authorized individuals, or missing bid guarantee, may be rejected. As stated: bids which are not signed by individuals authorized to make them shall have attached thereto a power of attorney evidencing authority to sign the bid.

A mandatory prebid conference will be held on Thursday, November 5th, 2026, at 10 a. m. at the site. Bidders will meet at the Wayne County Park Street Complex behind the building by the existing playground west end of the project 648 W Park St, Honesdale, PA ****.

The contractor shall guarantee the materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from and after the date of final acceptance by the owner.

The city will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.

Contractor shall be registered through Washington State Labor and Industries, have a current Department of Revenue Unified Business Identifier (UBI), state excise tax registration number, industrial insurance coverage, an Employment Security Department number, and are not disqualified from bidding projects.

A nonmandatory prebid conference is scheduled for October 15th, 2026 at 10:00 am. We will meet at **** Pacific Avenue SE, Lacey, WA ****.
