Latest US Eprocurement Services Contracts & Bids

West County Wastewater District (WCW) is seeking proposals for on-call real estate advisory services. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis for a three-year base term with up to two one-year option terms. Proposals must be submitted through WCW's eprocurement portal (OpenGov Procurement) by a specified deadline. All questions must be submitted through the same portal. The solicitation schedule is subject to change at WCW's sole discretion. WCW intends to adhere to the solicitation schedule. An incomplete proposal or a proposal that does not conform to the requirements may not be considered. Issuance of this RFP does not obligate WCW to award a contract. WCW is not liable for any of the proposer's costs to prepare and submit a proposal. WCW may award all or parts of this contract to several proposers, select no proposers, and/or to resolicit proposals. By submitting a proposal, the proposer agrees that it has read and understands all requirements and conditions of this RFP. Submission of a proposal constitutes a firm offer to WCW for 180 days from the deadline.

Sealed offers are being accepted for a project in Orange County, Florida. Respondents must submit responses electronically via the OpenGov eProcurement platform. Questions must be submitted through the OpenGov question and answer module by a specific deadline. Untimely questions may be submitted via email to a procurement contact. All modifications, clarifications, and interpretations will be in the form of a written addendum. The county is not responsible for delays caused by the respondent's network issues, bandwidth problems, internet outages, or technical difficulties.

Proposals due June 25, 2025, by 2:00 PM PST. Proposer questions, protests, and requests for change due via email no later than 7 calendar days prior to proposal due date. RFP is a qualifications-based selection (QBS) with FHWA funding. Proposals submitted electronically via BidLocker (www. ***. *. *). Proposals limited to 13 pages. Minimum qualifications required, including registered professional engineer and land surveyor. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 5%. Insurance requirements apply (see attachment C). Cost information not submitted with proposal, but will be requested later. Negotiations will follow selection. Additional documents required: signed subcontractor solicitation and utilization report (SSUR), conflict of interest disclosure form. Project location: Clackamas and Wilsonville industrial areas. Estimated project construction cost: $800,000. Estimated cost for AE and related services: $150,000 to $250,000. Project phases: travel time measurement, traffic data monitoring trailer, preliminary design, final design, and construction with signal timing integration. Period of performance: August 2025 to May 2026. Project background and scope information available in attachment B. Method of compensation: cost plus fixed fee, time and materials, fixed price, etc. Detailed evaluation criteria and process described in sections 3. 0 and 3. 1.

Sealed bids for the construction of Jefferson Parish Fire Station 11 are due July 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM, electronically submitted through the eprocurement site (www. ***. *. *). Bids must be accompanied by a 5% electronic bid surety bond. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Josephs Yenni Bldg. All prospective bidders must attend. The successful bidder will be granted a sales tax exemption. Drawings and specifications are available for inspection at the Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department. Geotechnical information is available for reference only. The contractor may be required to conduct their own geotechnical inspection. A complete set of contract documents can be obtained from Murray Architects, Inc. The Jefferson Parish Council reserves the right to reject all bids.
