The City of Durham, Department of Water Management, is seeking proposals for SCADA system integrator services. The selected firm will provide on-call support and integration services for CIP projects. Proposals are due December 19th, 2025, at 3:00 PM. A virtual presubmittal conference is scheduled for December 4th, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The city will select one qualified candidate using a qualification and price-based selection process. The contract term is three years, with the option of two additional one-year extensions. The contractor will be paid on a monthly basis. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Insurance requirements are detailed in the RFP. The city requires the contractor to comply with the Equal Business Opportunity Program.
The proposal due date is December 19th, 2025, at 3:00pm.
The contractor shall send invoices to the city on a monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Within thirty (30) days after the city receives an invoice, the city shall send the contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice.
If an award is made, it is expected that the citys award will be to the candidate that agrees to meet the needs of the city. A number of relevant matters will be considered, including qualifications and cost.
The city will select one qualified candidate to be the oncall scada integrator using a qualification and pricebased selection process described in the evaluation criteria in this rfp.
