Tarrant County Hospital District (JPS Health Network) is seeking proposals for a Workday ERP Implementation Partner. The contract will involve advisory, implementation, integration, data conversion, testing, training, organizational change management, go-live, stabilization, and knowledge transfer services. Proposals are due by July 31, 2026, 2:00 PM CST. Key evaluation factors include implementation approach, project governance, healthcare Workday experience, staffing, technical capability, and cost. A fixed-fee proposal by phase is required. The district encourages participation from historically underutilized or small businesses.
The response deadline is July 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST.
Ninety-five percent (95%) of the applicable fixed-fee phase amount is payable upon acceptance of phase deliverables, with the remaining five percent (5%) subject to KPI performance holdback.
The evaluation will be based on implementation approach, project governance, relevant healthcare Workday experience, staffing, technical capability (integrations, conversions, security, testing), and cost.
Respondents must demonstrate relevant implementation experience, including full life cycle implementations, and experience with healthcare organizations of comparable size and complexity.
If a KPI is missed in two consecutive reporting periods or logged as critical severity, JPS may withhold five percent (5%) of the fixed fee for the current phase, pending verified cure.
Failure to comply with instructions, provide required information, submit a complete response, or engage in prohibited contact may result in disqualification.
