Background Check Government Bids & RFPs

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for background investigation services for the Peace Corps. The solicitation is restricted to small business concerns. The government intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to conduct security investigations. The Peace Corps objective is to provide a sufficient number of sources, geographically distributed, to ensure prompt and efficient performance of background investigations. Quotes are due by March 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM, DC local time. The government estimates the aggregate amount of purchases through this agreement may be $750,**** over the life of this multiple award BPA and $150,**** per BPA award. The term of each awarded BPA will be for a period of a five years period of performance with an option to extend the period of performance under FAR **** for an additional six (6) months. The government will evaluate price to determine whether the offered price is fair and reasonable and realistic for the services requested. The best value determination will be made as follows: award will be based on a best value basis where quotes meeting the acceptability standards for the non price factors reach a best value determination. The government intends to award a total of 5 multiple BPAs resulting from this RFQ however, the government reserves the right to award more or less at the discretion of the contracting officer.

The bid is for landscaping services. Questions must be received by a specific date via email. Offers must be submitted in a sealed package with specific information on the package. The contractor must conduct comprehensive criminal background checks for all employees. The offeror must acknowledge receipt of the amendment before the deadline.
