Offerors must submit questions through hiepro by October 29, 2025. The award is subject to fund availability. The contractor must provide a construction performance and payment bond. The fabric cover will be heavy duty with high wind and uv resistance, with a minimum thickness of 25 mm, tear resistant with antitear woven layer, color white, and with a minimum 20year product warranty.

Contractor shall be a licensed contractor and shall have the knowledge and experience to perform the work specified in section 2. 2: scope of work and follow the items in section 4. 1: notice to vendors.
A preoffer conference site inspection will be held on october 23, 2025, at 10: 00 am hst, located at afrc, **** sand island parkway, honolulu, hi **** prospective offeror bidding upon the work is highly recommended to visit the job site and examine the condition of the site.
Offeror shall notify the division of aquatic resources through hiepro prior to the deadline to submit questions as stated in section 1. 4 rfq schedule and significant dates, as amended.
