Contract for the construction of Mchenry Riverwalk Phase 4 Base bid complete and seawall only bid. The work shall consist of all labor and material necessary for construction of Mchenry riverwalk phase 4 as indicated in this bid package and on the plans prepared by hr green, inc. The plans prepared by hr green, inc. dated December 11, 2023 shall be used as a reference document throughout the bidding and construction of the project. This project will consist of approx. 350 lin ft of steel seawall, 1368 sf of brick paver walkway, 774 lin ft of concrete sidewalk and 341 lin ft of an overwater boardwalk. There will also be an 800 sy hma parking lot replacement grind and overlay. Electric lighting, landscaping and a monument sign will be part of the project. An alternative bid for seawall only is included and consists of 350 lin ft of seawall, necessary storm sewer, and temporary restoration items.
