Proposals for a warehouse lease in Fayetteville, NC are due by 3:00 PM EST on September 10, 2025. The RLP sets forth instructions and requirements for proposals. Proposals conforming to the RLP requirements will be evaluated in accordance with the method of award. The government will award the lease to the selected offeror, subject to the conditions herein. Offerors must submit GSA Form ****, Lessors Annual Cost Statement, and GSA Form ****, Warehouse Proposal to Lease Space. Additional submittals include authorization from the ownership entity, evidence of funds, zoning compliance, ownership or control of the building or site, and proof of signing authority. The lease will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements of this RLP and the lease documents and is the lowest priced technically acceptable offer submitted. The lease will be awarded based on price, and other evaluation factors may be considered.
