Proposals are invited for private property management services for the Housing Authority of the City of Camden (HACC). The selected firm will manage HACC-owned residential properties, including family, senior, tax credit, and financed housing. Key responsibilities include occupancy administration, building operations and maintenance, property inspections, safety and emergency response, resident file management, customer service, rent collection, and financial reporting. Proposals are due by July 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The contract will be awarded based on a combination of experience, technical proposal, and fee. Firms must currently manage a portfolio exceeding 500 units and possess a certified property management certificate.
