Suppliers must submit product information, statement of qualifications, and/or capabilities. Any supplier that believes they are capable of providing the same type of productservice should submit product information, statement of qualifications, andor capabilities, as applicable

The purchasing agent must be notified by email only ***@***. *. * within this sevenday period. his posting will remain active for seven 7 calendar days.

Vendors must be qualified outdoor advertising vendors. Bidders must submit a completed IRS form W9. Bidders must also complete the criminal background compliance affidavit and the drug-free workplace compliance affidavit.

Bids may not be awarded to any party that is debarred or suspended or is otherwise excluded for participation in federal assistance programs. Incomplete bids, bids with irregularities, or bids not in accordance with specifications may be rejected.

Time is of the essence. If delivery of conforming goods or performance of conforming services is not completed by the times promised, the city reserves the right to cancel this contract, to reject such goods or services, and/or to purchase substitute goods or services elsewhere and charge the contractor with any loss incurred by the city.

Payments shall be paid to the contractor within thirty (30) days contingent upon receipt of properly documented invoices and satisfactory delivery of goods or performance of services.

All goods and services shall conform to specifications, be merchantable, fit for purpose, of best quality and workmanship, and free from defects. The city has the right to inspect and reject non-conforming items.

Award will be made to the lowest offer meeting any minimum requirements set forth in the solicitation. The city may compare quotes based on prices for individual line items, categories, or aggregate price.

The lowest offer will be reviewed to ensure minimum qualifications stated in the solicitation are met. The city reserves the right to require references from the lowest offeror prior to contract award.

If delivery or performance is not completed by the promised times, the city may cancel the contract, reject goods or services, and purchase substitutes, charging the contractor for any loss incurred.

Offerors shall notify the person listed on the cover sheet in writing of any omissions, ambiguities, inconsistencies or errors in the solicitation prior to the offer due date and time.

Offers may be rejected if the offeror falsely certifies they were not suspended or debarred when in fact they were. Noncompliance with non-discrimination policies may result in sanctions, including termination and debarment.
