This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for a correctional fire brigade training program to enable BOP personnel to achieve certification as interior structural fire brigade members under NFPA ****. The training must meet or exceed NFPA **** standards and align with BOP operational requirements. Key areas include PPE, SCBA, fire behavior, search and rescue, ventilation, fire extinguishers, fire hose, fire department equipment, sprinkler systems, hazardous materials awareness, and NIMS. Training will be delivered in classroom and hands-on formats with a maximum class size of 20 students. A comprehensive assessment will be conducted at the end of each module. Contractor personnel must meet specific qualifications and adhere to BOP regulations. The period of performance includes a one-year base period with four one-year options and a six-month extension. Training will occur at the contractor's facility. The contractor will propose a firm fixed price per class. Deliverables include completion of training, certificates of completion, and post-training evaluation forms. The BOP will evaluate training effectiveness based on instruction quality, content relevance, practical application, and trainee feedback. Contractor personnel will have access to sensitive information and must adhere to BOP security protocols. A post-award conference will be held within 20 business days of award.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the 2026 Advanced Communications Experiment Cross Border Autonomous Vehicle Session Persistence Experiment and Research (ACE CASPER). The experiment will take place along the U. S. -Canada border to evaluate how autonomous vehicles (AV) and unmanned aerial systems (UAS), supported by 5G-enabled technologies, can enhance cross-border communications, situational awareness, and coordination during national emergency response scenarios. Vendors are expected to demonstrate solutions for secure, resilient 5G session persistence and connectivity across U. S. and Canadian networks, seamless command and control (C2) handoff, and real-time data interoperability. The primary objective is to validate reliable 5G connectivity, session persistence, and C2 performance, not autonomous decision-making or AI-driven navigation.
