Curtain Track Government Bids & RFPs

Bids must be submitted by August 13, 2026, at 11:00 a. m.

Payment shall be made in accordance with the town of Greenwich and Greenwich Public Schools payment procedures, typically net 30 days after receipt of invoice and acceptance.

The contractor shall warrant all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of final acceptance. Manufacturer warranties exceeding one year shall be transferred.

Failure to comply with conditions for submitting questions will result in the proposer waiving his/her right to dispute the proposal specifications and conditions.

Bids which are incomplete, obscure, or conditional, and which contain irregularities of any kind, will be subject to rejection for failure to comply strictly with these conditions. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough shall result in the bid being declared nonresponsive.

The project completion time is 365 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

Payment will be made upon receipt of a properly prepared, itemized invoice, validated by the COR, and submitted through the Tungsten Network.

The contractor shall guarantee that all work performed will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of the certificate of completion and acceptance.

Bids providing less than 120 calendar days for government acceptance after the date bids are due will not be considered and will be rejected. Failure to furnish the required bid guarantee in the proper form and amount, by the time set for opening of bids, will require rejection of the bid.

The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,**** and $5,000,****.

The bid due date is Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. The contractor shall begin performance within calendar days and complete it within calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed. The completion time is 365 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
