This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. It's a total small business set-aside for janitorial services at the National Seed Laboratory in Dry Branch, GA. The contract will have a base period of 12 months (September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026) and four 12-month option periods. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Proposals are due August 15, 2025 at 5 PM EST. All invoices must be submitted via the electronic invoice processing platform (IPP). The government anticipates utilizing a firm fixed price contract. Respondents must indicate whether their company needs financing arrangements under FAR part 32 and if so, whether their company has an approved accounting system that can be verified through the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). If a resulting contract is awarded, supporting documentation will be classified as controlled unclassified information (CUI). Respondents should also provide any concerns regarding compliance with FAR ****, basic safeguarding of covered contractor information systems; DFARS ****, compliance with safeguarding covered defense information controls; DFARS ****, safeguarding covered defense information and cyber incident reporting; DFARS ****, notice of NIST SP **** DOD assessment requirements; and DFARS ****, NIST SP **** DOD assessment requirements. The contractor will have 40 business days to complete the required performance. The contractor shall submit a schedule of events outlining each service area, along with the corresponding date, time, and estimated duration of service. This schedule must be coordinated with, and approved by, the government project managers. All cleaning products shall be nontoxic and commercial grade. All deliveries shall be delivered to the R1 loading dock.
