Payment will be made by the code offeror.

Award will be made under a blanket purchase agreement issued by the federal law enforcement training center, artesia, nm.

Only submissions by small business concerns shall be accepted by the government.

The period of performance shall be for one 1 base year four 12month option years. The government reserves the right to extend the term of this contract at the prices set forth in section b of the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in clause **** option to extend services.

The government will make award to the contractor offering the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The government will make award to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation terms and conditions.

An acceptable proposal must demonstrate at least three 3 successful relevant projects in the past five 5 years similar to the current requirement.

Payments to outside counsel by agency under this occ shall be in compliance with chapters 402 and **** of the texas government code and title 34, chapter 20, subchapter f of the texas administrative code and will be paid net thirty 30 in compliance with texas laws.

The evaluation of responses will be conducted in accordance with best value standards.
