Sealed bids are solicited for submersible pumps and accessories. Bids are due by June 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Questions must be submitted in writing by June 4, 2026. Award will be made to the highest percentage off discount. All freight and fuel charges are the supplier's responsibility. Prices must be held firm for 45 days from bid opening. The contract term is one year, with two possible one-year renewals. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Payment will be made upon full and faithful performance of the contract, acceptance of materials and/or work by the county's designated person, and upon receipt of vendor invoices from the receiving department.
Supplier warrants that all material, work product, and merchandise supplied shall strictly conform to all specifications, be fit and serviceable for the purpose intended, be of good quality and free from defects, be new, and shall not infringe any intellectual property rights. A supplemental warranty of at least one year is provided for corrections of failures or defects.

Bidders must submit a properly completed bid form with certifications, noncollusion certification, certification of no conflict of interest, Iranian divestment certification, prevention of sexual harassment certification, and a W9 form.
Failure to deliver as specified may result in termination of the contract and disqualification from future contracts for at least two years.
Samples are required to be furnished by the bidder at the request of the purchasing director, at no cost to the county. Some samples may be retained for the life of the contract.
Protests of companies, products, or services must be made within 3 days of bid opening, in writing, to the director of the division of purchase.
Failure to deliver as specified may result in disqualification from receiving future contracts for at least two years.
