First delivery or will call, as applicable, shall occur after the issuance of a purchase order. Delivery dates will be included in the purchase orders, unless otherwise stated in the ITB. Payment for completion of state contracts is normally made within 30 days following the date the entire order is delivered and accepted or the date the invoice is received, whichever is later.
