The district will award the bid to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid is most advantageous, considering criteria such as cost, past performance, service reputation, service capability, quality of staff or services, customer satisfaction, and past relationship with the district.
Bidders must provide completed qualifications and other requirements of the RFB. The district will review proposals for completeness and technical/administrative requirements.
Failure of bidders to comply with any provisions may be considered a reason for rejection of the bid. The district may also take action if a contractor is found in violation of the Iran Divestment Act.
Questions regarding this bid will be accepted until 12:00 pm on July 16, 2026. Responses to questions will be released as an addendum by 2:00 pm on July 17, 2026.
Failure to provide sufficient and required information may result in the proposal being rejected as nonresponsive. Bids received after the closing date and time will not be opened. A bid may be disqualified for lack of response to a request for clarification.
