Request for Quote (RFQ) for up to 27 detection canines for the Border Patrol K9 Center. Quotes are due by July 24th, 2026, 10:00 AM EST. Evaluation will be based on breed conformance, availability date, open orders, past performance, price, and a final canine evaluation. The award will be a firm fixed-price purchase order. Invoices must be submitted electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
Canines must be available within 60 days from the estimated purchase order date. The contractor is responsible for all transportation arrangements and costs for shipment and retrieval of canines. Canines that fail evaluation must be returned within 7 days after notification.

Offerors must quote specified breeds and have an availability date of 60 days or sooner. Past performance providing canines to CBP is also considered. offerors quoting breeds other than those specified in the statement of work will fail this factor and be removed from further consideration for the award.
Canines will undergo medical, physical, and behavioral evaluation at the U. S. Customs and Border Protection Field Operations Canine Academy.

Failure to provide quote information in the requested format, quoting incorrect breeds, or having an availability date longer than 60 days may result in disqualification.
