The city will award based on best value, considering all factors and criteria. the city intends to award each grouping to the offeror that demonstrates the best value to the city
Offerors must complete Exhibit 1 qualification statement and provide at least three references demonstrating similar services. each offeror must complete exhibit 1 qualification statement.
Debriefing requests must be received within 10 calendar days after notification of non-selection. the contracts specialist must receive a written request for debriefing no later than ten 10 calendar days after issuance of a notification that the offerors offer was not selected.
Proposals may be rejected for non-responsiveness, including failure to provide required information or incomplete anti-collusion affidavit. failure of the offeror to provide in its offer any information requested in the rfp may result in rejection of the offer for nonresponsiveness.
