All payments shall be net 30 from the date of acceptance by the district. RCSD1 requires invoicing at the successful completion of each task. All invoices must be submitted in itemized detail.

Vendors must demonstrate access to registered dietitians (RDN/RD credentialed and eligible to practice in K12 school nutrition), minimum 5 years of experience supporting USDA child nutrition programs, and demonstrated experience working with self-operated public school districts.
To protest an award, written notice of intent to protest must be received within seven business days of the award notice posting, and the actual written protest must be received within fifteen days of the award notice posting.
Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information on certifications may lead to prosecution. Failure to comply with solicitation format, omit minimum requirements, or submit by the due date may result in rejection as nonresponsive.
