The requested delivery window is October 2026.

Bidders must include warranty terms and description of local service coverage for refrigeration and icemaking equipment.

Quotes will be evaluated based on: 1 compliance with submittal requirements 2 price and overall costeffectiveness 3 equivalency, quality, and fit of proposed equipment 4 delivery lead times and 5 warranty terms and local service capability.

Bidders must be commercial foodservice equipment dealers in continuous operation for a minimum of four 4 years, with demonstrated experience delivering equipment packages of comparable scope.

Bidders must fieldverify space dimensions, door openings, and utility roughins to ensure equipment compatibility and identify any discrepancies.

All questions must be submitted via bidnet no later than 5: 00 pm mdt on monday, august 17.

No quotes may be withdrawn for sixty 60 days following the submission deadline.

Bids must be submitted electronically through BidNet Direct by 2:00 p. m. current Mountain Time on Thursday, August 6th, 2026. Bids received after this deadline shall be late and ineligible for consideration.

Payment terms are Net 30 days ARO. The university's preferred payment method is Single Use Account (SUA), processed like a credit card. The acceptance of sua accelerates payments compared to current payment methods, simplifies the process, eliminates cost of processing checks, and there is no need to store account numbers or other payment information.

The university reserves the right to award this bid to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor who meets the minimum specifications listed in section 2. 0 Specifications. At the university's option, bid alternatives may be considered as meeting specifications or rejected in full.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their BidNet Direct registration information is current and correct. The university reserves the right to conduct a financial responsibility analysis. If vendor is unable to prove financial strength/responsibility, the university reserves the right to consider vendors quote nonresponsive.

A prebid conference will not be held for this IFB. There is no loading dock but a forklift is available at the delivery address.

Failure to complete and return the IFB document including the pricing table may result in your bid being deemed nonresponsive. Submitting password-protected files or embedded zip files may also cause bids to be deemed nonresponsive. Incomplete bids may be deemed as nonresponsive and will not receive further consideration.

The project must be completed by May 15, 2027.

All float drums have a 15 year prorated warranty against factory defects.

The town reserves the right to substantiate respondent's qualifications, capability to perform, and availability and past performance record.

A vendor's failure to submit its proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified. Late proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
