SAIF is seeking proposals for maintenance, on-call, and emergency services for cafe/kitchen equipment and ice machines at its Salem and Lake Oswego offices. Proposals are due July 9, 2026. Services include preventative maintenance quarterly and on-call/emergency services. SAIF expects to award a single contract. All proposals become SAIF property. SAIF is subject to Oregon's public records laws. Background checks are required for all contractor employees. SAIF will not reimburse for expenses. Insurance is required, including workers compensation, professional liability, commercial general liability, and automobile liability.
Proposals are due July 9, 2026, 3:00 PM PT. The contract is expected to begin September 1, 2026.
Contractor shall submit invoices for services performed and allowable expenses incurred. Each invoice must describe services and expenses, include dates, and a valid SAIF purchase order number. SAIF will not reimburse for any expenses under this contract.
Contractor represents and warrants that all services will conform to specifications, be free from error or defect, and be performed in a timely and workmanlike manner using qualified personnel.
Proposals will be evaluated based on proposed cost of services, proposed contract terms, qualifications of key persons, response times for on-call and emergency service calls, and references.
Proposers must be qualified and prepared to provide services. Key persons assigned to the work must have relevant qualifications. Criminal background checks are required for all contractor employees.
The deadline for proposer questions is June 25, 2026, 3:00 PM PT.
Proposals that do not meet minimum requirements will be classified as nonresponsive and disqualified. Failure to comply with all requirements may result in proposal rejection. Failure to comply with background check terms may result in immediate termination.
