The Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA) is seeking proposals for advertising, marketing, and public relations services for Pensacola Beach. The contract period is three years with an optional three-year renewal. Proposals are due by August 11, 2026. The estimated budget for advertising for the period of October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, is approximately $150,**** must be submitted electronically via BidNet and one hard copy. Invoices shall be issued and delivered in arrears. Upon approval, payment will be made within ten working days of receipt of invoice. No advance payments will be made. Award will be made to the respondent who scores the highest in the evaluation process. Award of a contract to perform the services will be made as soon as possible to the respondent who scores the highest in the evaluation process
Respondents must demonstrate ability and experience with projects of similar type and size, including firm background, philosophy, past work examples, in-house capabilities, media and creative department structure, billing information, and market research methods.
