Solicitation for janitorial services at Englebright Lake. Services include cleaning, waste removal, and resupplying consumables for various locations. The contract duration is one year from the date of award, with up to four option years. Services are to be performed on days and hours as requested by the COR, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays unless authorized.
Payment is net 30 days after receipt of a complete and accurate invoice, unless a prompt payment discount is offered. Invoices are submitted to USAED, Finance Center and a copy to the COR at Englebright Lake.
The contractor must provide a copy of their current qualified contractor's license, business licensing, and any other required licenses prior to starting work. Key personnel include a local supervisor with at least 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years in janitorial services, and at least one local employee with a backup.
The contractor is liable for all damage to property, equipment, and landscape features, which must be repaired at the contractor's expense. If the contractor fails to make repairs, the cost may be deducted from the contract price.
A pre-work conference is scheduled prior to the start of any work, which will be an in-person meeting. In no event shall failure to visit the site be grounds for withdrawal of your quotation or for additional claims against the government after the contract has been awarded.

The contractor is responsible for all keys issued and is liable for any costs involved in changing locks due to lost keys. Lost keys must be reported immediately. Failure to use reasonable care can result in liability for damages.
