Failure to meet the requisite service or performance levels would result in a deduction.

The delivery period for the base year is from 01 OCT 2026 to 30 SEP 2027. Option years extend performance through 30 SEP 2031.

Payment will be made by the government upon submission of commercial invoices approved by the contracting officer. Invoices may be submitted monthly or more frequently if approved.

Contractors failing to perform or perform in a timely manner due to security requirements or other circumstances may be terminated for default or subject to other contractual remedies.

The current vendor that provided pricing for the extension of services for the 6 months was consistent with the pricing for the current services and thus this pricing is determined to be reasonable.

The incumbent contractor is uniquely capable of providing these services without significant degradation or transition risk. without continued contractor support, the cybersecurity operations would be materially degraded, placing naims ability to carry out its mission at significant operational risk.
