Time is of the essence in completing this project. Any breach of the terms of this contract, including, but in no way limited to the time period of performance, will be just cause to terminate the contract without prior notice to the contractor.
Requested samples necessary for evaluation must be provided without cost or obligation to kent state university, and shall become the property of the university.
