Description: The City of Everett seeks sealed bids from qualified General Contractors for work connecting to the Northern Strand Community Trail, improving crossings at the Santilli Circle Connector and Santilli Highway, and building a shared use path along the north side of Revere Beach Parkway to the River Trail. Northern Strand Trail Connection City Project The scope of work includes connection to the Northern Strand Community Trail in the area south of Santilli Circle Connector, improve conditions at the existing crossing across Santilli Circle Connector, improve conditions at the existing crossing across Santilli Highway, and provide a shared use path connection on the north side of Revere Beach Parkway between the existing shared use path and the river trail to the west. Also included, but not limited to, in the construction scope are lighting, fencing, paving, striping, best management practices BMPs for erosion control, wetlands mitigation/replication and landscaping improvements.
