The unit shall be delivered complete and fully functional. The bidder must be able to deliver within 10 days of bid closing. Estimated delivery date ARO: days.

The vehicle includes a 5yr/60,000 mile powertrain warranty, 3yr/36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, and 5yr/60,000 mile roadside assistance.

The city reserves the right to accept any proposal deemed to be in the city's best interests. The city of Milford reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids, or proposals to waive any technicality in a bid or part thereof submitted, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the city of Milford.

Faxed and emailed bids are not acceptable and will not be considered. Pencil entries will not be accepted.

Delivery and performance must be affected within the time stated in this purchase order. Time is of the essence of this transaction.

Full or partial payment for goods shall be made by check or wire transfer at Northern Water's option, within a reasonable period of time after the date of receipt of an acceptable invoice, or the date of Northern Water's acceptance of the goods, whichever is later.

The seller warrants that all goods covered by this purchase order will conform with all applicable drawings, specifications, samples and/or other descriptions of the goods set out in this purchase order, will be of merchantable quality, and will be fit for the purposes intended by Northern Water.

In the event of any delay beyond the specified delivery date on the purchase order, Northern Water shall have the right to cancel the purchase order and to purchase equivalent goods at market prices for immediate delivery and hold the seller liable for any increase in the price over and above the prices offered herein.

Any claim for adjustment by the seller resulting from changes in the terms of this purchase order or from full or partial termination of this purchase order must be asserted within thirty (30) days after the date Northern Water provides the seller with written notice of the change or termination.
