This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by Access Health CT, Connecticut's official state-based health insurance marketplace. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information from qualified vendors on available Learning Management System (LMS) solutions. Access Health CT uses an LMS to provide education, outreach, and training to internal staff, certified brokers, certified application counselors, and call center representatives. The current LMS supports approximately 2,000 active users, and the exchange is exploring modern LMS solutions to enhance usability, reporting, and integration capabilities. The RFI seeks information on system capabilities, user experience, implementation and migration, technical support, security and compliance, and a high-level cost estimate. Responses are due by email on June 12, 2026, by 4:00 PM EST. Written questions are due by May 29, 2026, by 4:00 PM EST. All responses and questions must be submitted via email to ***@***. *. * are required to include a cover letter, provide information on their company's relevant experience, personnel, resources, key personnel qualifications, a cost estimate, and a clear approach to transitioning from an existing LMS vendor.
