Stain Removal Government Bids & RFPs

The city of Coos Bay is requesting quotes for the removal and replacement of boardwalk railing. Quotes must be submitted by March 26, 2026. The project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026. Contractors must provide references and licenses. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 17, 2026. Appeals can be submitted within seven days of the notice of intent to award. The project is subject to prevailing wage laws. A one-year warranty is required. Liquidated damages apply for delays.

The project involves the construction of an outdoor exhibit and river overlook at the Fort Smith National Historic Site, including concrete work, tree planting, signage, and installation of interpretive panels. Work shall be completed 365 calendar days of the start date provided on the notice to proceed. The contractor will be expected to provide a project schedule with adequate critical path details to ensure all work is completed within the stated calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. If weather impacts project beyond typical average weather patterns, contractor shall provide documentation in request for additional days. The contractor will be responsible for protecting the cultural resources within and adjacent to the project area from damage. In addition, the contractor will be liable for all damage to the cultural resources caused by their actions or the actions of their agents or representatives. The contractor shall immediately notify the contracting officer or their representative if any damage occurs to any cultural resource and immediately suspend work in the area in which damage has occurred until authorized to proceed. The contractor agrees to include this language within all subcontracts. All ground disturbance at this project shall have oversite by an owner provided archeologist. Coordinate schedules as required. The contractor shall take all necessary measures to provide protection for all trees, fencing, walks and other landscape features and surrounding structures near the work site as noted with the contract. Any such surrounding features damaged, scarred or broken as a result of the contractors operations at the site outside of agreed upon documented extents, shall be treated, repaired or replaced in kind to the satisfaction of the contracting officer at no additional expense to the government. The preservation of potential archeological resources is a critical requirement for this project. All effort shall be made to minimize equipment and vehicular traffic while on site to reduce further compaction and aid future site restoration. Contractor shall not disturb the site or earthen grade during work beyond what is indicated on plans. Contractor shall protect all earthen grade from damage from humans and equipment with a minimum of two layers of protective boards or similar protective measures to prevent gouging or impacting soil. Contractors shall not drive equipment, fencing, signage, or any other accessories or equipment into grade. Contractors and equipment shall not dig, gouge, or move any soil. The existing drylaid stacked stone piers that support the **** original barn and portions of the **** barn structure shall be carefully protected and retained in situ with no modifications or alterations. Do not alter soil in any way in these locations. Some timber frame sill beams are in contact with grade. These sill beams shall remain in situ, undisturbed, and will be removed later by the park archeologists. Concrete piers and concrete slabs are not to be disturbed. These shall be protected and remain in situ, undisturbed, and will be removed later by park archeologists. Any items currently impaled in grade will remain intact. Do not remove. Notify contracting officer co, contracting officers representative cor and utility companies as required to request location services prior to and to coordinate any excavationdigging operations, andor for demolition if within scope of work. Contractor shall be responsible for locating and preventing damage to known utilities on site or indoors. If contractor damage occurs, alert co and cor as soon as safely possible, and repair utility at no additional expense to the government. If damage occurs to an unknown utility, contact co and cor as soon as safely possible. The contractor is responsible for the reconfiguration and redesign of the lounge, including furniture, appliances, and installation. The period of performance shall be completed within 30 calendar days after contract award. All work is subject to inspection by the NAF facility manager.

Bids are requested for the removal, furnishing, and installation of an ice machine at the Buddy Lawson Gym. Bidders must submit bids electronically by March 3, 2026, at 9:45 AM CST. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on February 24, 2026. The agreement amount will not exceed $7,**** will be made upon completion and acceptance of the project. The ice machine shall contain a 3-year parts and labor warranty.
