Stain Removal Government Bids & RFPs

The contractor shall complete the entire work ready for use not later than 365 calendar days after award, notice to proceed.

The bid notice states that invoices shall be submitted electronically to www. ***. *. * and that submission of proper invoices shall be rendered on a percentage complete basis in an amount equal to the value of the work performed.

The contractor agrees that the supplies or services furnished under this contract shall be covered by the most favorable commercial warranties the contractor gives to any customer for such supplies or services and that the contractor agrees to correct all work performed under this contract which proves to be defective in material and workmanship within a reasonable time as determined by the government and the contractor and at no additional cost to the government.

The vendor resulting from this solicitation will be awarded based on technical capability, past performance, responsibility, and price.

Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work described in this request for quote. At a minimum, offerors must meet the following requirements: be able to understand written and spoken English, have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing, have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work, have no adverse criminal record and have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States.

A site visit is scheduled for April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Offerors are instructed to follow the site visit instructions attached.

The magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
