Evaluation criteria include qualifications and location of personnel, organizational size, structure and resources, vendor expertise, value and effectiveness of proposed performance measures, overall quality of RFQ submittal, and fees/rates that support best value.

Firms must be currently licensed by the state of Colorado. At least one principal of the firm must reside and work in Colorado and be registered as a professional architect in the state. All subconsultants must be currently licensed by the state of Colorado to practice their trade.

Contact with the requesting department may result in vendor disqualification.
