Plastic Cleaning Government Bids & RFPs

Bids will be received until 1:30 PM on June 23, 2026. Delivery of orders must be made within fourteen 14 consecutive days after receipt of order by the vendor.

Each participant will make payment according to their established payment terms and policies. Payment will be made only after correct presentation of claim forms or invoices as may be required.

Awards will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible vendors. The BOCES reserves the right to award this bid in total to one vendor, on a group of items basis, or on a line item basis.

Vendors responding to this solicitation must bid on a minimum of 80% of the total number of cases for items listed on the bidders response sheet to be considered for the bid award process.

Quality, billing, delivery, or other responsibility issues may result in the vendor being determined to be a non-responsible and disqualified from being awarded future bids.

The BOCES reserves the right to request a representative sample product and/or services quoted upon either prior to the award or before shipments are made. If the sample is not in accordance with the requirements of the specification, the school district/BOCES may reject the bid or, if the award has been made, cancel the contract at the expense of the successful vendor.

Vendors not supplying SDS sheets may be declared an unresponsive bidder for future bids. Quality, billing, delivery, or other responsibility issues may result in the vendor being determined to be a non-responsible and disqualified from being awarded future bids.

The bid notice does not specify a delivery deadline for the services, but it states that the contractor shall provide a proposed project schedule and that all work must be fully completed within a specified number of calendar days of the notice to proceed.

The bid notice states that the city reserves the right to award the project in the best interest of the city, and to award the base scope only or include alternate services.

Contractors shall demonstrate experience with commercial deep cleaning projects, experience cleaning elevated or difficult-access structures, experience working in recreational, educational, or child-focused facilities preferred, proper licensing and insurance, and the ability to safely perform work in public facilities.

A mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be conducted for all interested contractors on June 2, 2026, at 10 a. m. at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center. Failure to attend will result in disqualification.

Failure to attend the mandatory pre-proposal site visit shall result in disqualification from consideration.

The bid notice states that all responses shall be submitted online via EUNA Procurement by the due date and time listed above, which is 1:30 p. m. ET, August 13, 2026.
