This is a notice of intent for a single source award for the larynx advanced retractor system 2. 0. The contract will be awarded to Proalliance Corp for Kavo dental handpieces for the dental clinic at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. Responses are required by 4:30 PM EDT, 03/06/2026. The solicitation is for a one-year service contract with four one-year options to provide annual medical gas testing and certification, and annual master alarm testing at the Phoenix VA Medical Center. Offers are due by March 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM MST. Questions must be submitted by email to ***@***. *. * no later than 1:00 pm mst on march 9, 2026. The government intends to award a contract without discussions with offerors. The offerors initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest accept other than the lowest offer and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. The contractor shall submit monthly invoices in the arrears electronically via the tungstennetwork system at the end of each month. The contractor shall provide an electronic report within 10 working days to the contracting officer, the maintenance shop supervisor and the maintenance and operations supervisor. The contractor shall provide electronically a detailed discrepancy list with explanations and a proposed correction to each discrepancy. The contractor shall provide notification one 2 week prior to site visit to the engineering authority. Testing and certification shall be accomplished by certified inspectors. Certificates shall be provided prior to the inspection process. The contractor will complete inspection annually on the same date every year 30 days from previous inspection. The last inspection took place on 6/27/2025. Offerors must submit a complete quote package containing the information listed below. Submissions that do not include all required elements may not be evaluated. Technical approach, experience, subcontractor requirements, required documents, and price are the factors for evaluation. Award will be made based on the most advantageous offer, considering both price and nonprice factors. LPTA lowest price technically acceptable procedures will not be used. The government will review cpars or other available past performance information. General statements of experience without contractspecific details will be considered insufficient. Failure to provide the required experience documentation may result in the offeror being assessed as lacking experience in providing annual medical gas testing, certification, and annual master alarm testing.
