Dental stools will be required by June 2026.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer system for award management, or by third party. Invoices shall be submitted upon delivery and acceptance.

The warranty for an item is to start on the date of acceptance of the products/services by the Government VA COR. The contractor agrees to furnish, without cost to the Government, replacement of all parts and material which are found to be defective during the warranty period.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

The contractor is responsible for ensuring that its firm and staff maintain any generally required professional certification, accreditation, license, bond, and proficiency relative to their area of expertise.

In the event of the contractor's or a subcontractor's noncompliance with clause ****, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.

Award will be made to the responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the solicitation based on price. Award will be on an all-or-none basis. Pricing must be determined to be fair and reasonable.

Offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) and shall not have any active exclusions listed within SAM to be eligible for award.

Quotes submitted after the deadline will be considered untimely and ineligible for award. Offerors must not have active exclusions listed in SAM.
