Group health insurance coverage for locally employed staff Comprehensive group health insurance coverage for locally employed staff of the U. S. Mission in Kinshasa and their eligible dependents. Coverage includes hospitalization, emergency services, outpatient services, obstetric and newborn care, pediatric services, prescription drugs, preventive and wellness services, chronic disease management, mental health and substance abuse care, dental care, optical care, hearing aids, rehabilitative and habilitative services, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, out- of- country medical treatment and travel. Annual maximum benefit is USD 47, 000 per covered individual. A pre- authorization system, digital claims portal, and a direct billing network of at least ten approved medical facilities are required.
