The university will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the university, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP.
Offerors must describe and offer evidence of their ability to meet qualifications including company information, organization overview, manufacturer authorization, relevant experience, product portfolio, support capabilities, distribution and supply capability, contract history, and sustainability initiatives.
Nonadherence to University Brand Standards can have a penalty up to and including contract cancellation.
