Solicitation for four (4) Quackenbush right angle drills, model 230QGDAV-RAC-SUMS. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Offers are due by July 8, 2026, 12:00 PM local time. Delivery is FOB destination to Tinker Air Force Base, OK, on or before November 20, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing two days prior to the closing date. Offerors must complete blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, 30c, page 3 pricing, and fill-in provisions/clauses. A written statement explaining how the company meets technical evaluation criteria is required.
Delivery is on or before November 20, 2026.
Payment will be made by the government. Invoices are to be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless otherwise specified. Electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports is required via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
The award will be made to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made to the lowest evaluated priced proposal meeting the acceptability standards for the non-cost factors.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and submit a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with their response. Lack of registration in SAM will disqualify the vendor.
Unauthorized disclosure of Department of Defense information can lead to severe penalties, including fines, imprisonment, and administrative action. Contractors shall comply with all procedures outlined in TAFBI ****, AFI **** and TAFBP ****.
Lack of registration in SAM will disqualify the vendor and declare them ineligible for award. Unreasonably low or high costs/prices may lead to disqualification. Unbalanced pricing may increase performance risk and could result in payment of unreasonably high prices, potentially leading to rejection.
