Pain Patch Government Bids & RFPs

The period of performance shall be twelve 12 months from the date of award.

The contractor shall warranty their labor to be free from material defect for one 1 year following completion of the contract.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

The contractor shall provide proof of a minimum of five 5 years experience patching and repainting walls.

Material shall be delivered and installed and ready for operation on or before the dates indicated per the specifications.

The town agrees to pay for the material within thirty 30 days after acceptance.

The attached specifications shall act as the basis for the vendors normal guarantee relating to product quality and normal inspection shall apply to the products and equipment furnished under this specification.

The awarding authority will make award to the lowest qualified bidder. In determining the lowest qualified bid, the town manager will consider factors besides price.

Each supplier shall present evidence that he she is normally engaged in the purveying of the type of material bid upon.

If the supplier fails to deliver or install the material as required in the time indicated, or subsequently agreed to, a credit may be taken in the bid price of 1/10 of 1 per day at the discretion of the town manager, of the town of east greenwich.

A sample consisting of approximately fifty 50 pounds, furnished by the bidder at no cost to the town, may be picked up by a representative of the director of public works and forwarded to the materials division, state house, providence, rhode island to determine if the materials meet specifications.

No bid shall be considered from the suppliers who are unable to show that they are normally engaged in the purveying of the type of material bid on.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the manner that best serves the interest of the village.

The village is requesting sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms for the building 5 exterior rehabilitation project.

Bids submitted without the required bid security will be rejected as nonresponsive.

Substantial completion is due by May 17, 2027, and final completion by May 31, 2027.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror that submits a responsive quote with the lowest total quote price.

This RFCQ is restricted to qualified contractors certified by the state of Oregon as an Emerging Small Business (ESB). Offerors must also be licensed with the State Construction Contractors Board (CCB) prior to offering on public improvement contracts.

Liquidated damages will apply to the contract resulting from this RFCQ for failure to complete the project by the substantial completion date.

A mandatory pre-quote conference will be held on August 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM at **** N Hwy 97 Bldg K, Bend, OR **** from offerors who do not comply with these attendance requirements will be rejected.

Requests for clarification, change, or approval of equivalents must be received by the SPC no later than the applicable deadline specified in RFCQ section A. 3 Solicitation Schedule, which is 7 calendar days prior to the closing bid requests for clarification.

Quotes from offerors who do not attend the entire mandatory pre-quote conference on time will be rejected as nonresponsive. Failure to supply all required information in the offeror information and certification form may result in rejection of the quote as nonresponsive.
