Water storage tank rehabilitation Rehabilitation of the exterior of the saunderstown water tank and surrounding concrete, including preparing and painting the bottom two rings of the steel tank, and repairing the concrete base. This involves repairing loose and spalling concrete, applying a coat of urethane or similar product to the base area and all concrete after patching, proper preparation, applying a coat of two- part epoxy to the lower two rings, and applying a topcoat of urethane, matching the existing color as closely as possible.
