Sealed proposals are requested for a one-year food and beverage concession agreement at the Brigantine Golf Links. Proposals are due October 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the office of the City Clerk, **** W. Brigantine Avenue, Brigantine, NJ **** must comply with New Jersey public contracts law, affirmative action requirements, prevailing wage act, antikickback regulations, and other New Jersey statutes. A review committee will evaluate proposals based on organizational structure, financial capabilities, experience, and responsiveness to the scope of work. Potential vendors can inspect and obtain proposal specifications from the City Clerk's office or the city website (www. ***. *. *). All costs incurred in proposal preparation are the vendor's responsibility. The award of the contract is contingent upon funding availability.

The concessionaire shall pay a minimum monthly fee of at least $1,****, payable on the first day of each month. A 5% late fee will be assessed for payments not received by the 10th of the month. Additional charges may apply for returned checks.
The committee will consider the organizational structure and financial capabilities of the vendor, history and organizational strength of similar missions, experience operating similar projects, knowledge of New Jersey statutes, rules and regulations for permitting and licensing, clarity and conciseness of the submittal, responsiveness to and understanding of the scope of work, management of site conditions, overall demonstration of reliability of program operation, and overall ability to operate this facility.
Vendors must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years in the hospitality and food service field operating food service functions of similar size at a quality food service level, a minimum of 7 years in the operation of banquet and catering functions of similar size, a minimum of 7 years being fully accountable, financially and otherwise, for the entire operation of a food and beverage facility of similar size, demonstrated financial capacity to operate and maintain the subject facility and make any proposed capital improvements, and demonstrated ability to obtain the necessary concessionaires license from ABC, including consent to submit to a preliminary background check.
