Vendors must employ qualified personnel with an associate's or bachelor's degree in audio engineering, music technology, or recording arts, and possess multiple years of experience in live sound production or have served as a professor at an accredited institution.
Vendor employees must conform to all rules and regulations of the Department of the Navy and the specific government installation for integrity, grooming, conduct, speech, student fraternization, safety, and security. Vendor employees will not be permitted on government facilities if their presence is detrimental to security or work accomplishment.
