The government or its authorized representatives shall have the option of attending the design review at the vendors facility or participating via teleconference.

The response deadline for this solicitation is April 22, 2023, at 02:30 PM MT.

The bid requires uploading all documentation requested in the proposal format requirements listed in the RFP specifications for Category 1 Qualifications and Experience, and Category 2 Methodology and Proposed Approach.

The deadline for questions and/or clarifications concerning this solicitation is April 14, 2023, at 03:00 PM MT.

The deadline for submitting comments or questions for this RFI is April 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.

An entity does not need to be able to supply all components to respond to this RFI.

The bid notice states that sealed bids will be received prior to 3:00 PM PT, Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Bids received after this time and date will not be accepted or considered.

The bid notice indicates that contractors shall render certified payroll, original test report, and coinciding invoices to the city for all work performed monthly. Invoices shall be prepared in accordance with the fee schedule as set forth in the agreement.

The city will award any resulting contract in a manner consistent with the city purchasing ordinance. Only established contractors in the business for providing said services will be considered. Bidder must be able to demonstrate that similar size projects have been satisfactorily completed and that bidder has sufficient equipment and manpower to satisfactorily complete the assigned project.

The bidder further declares that he/she is a licensed contractor in the state of California and that the license which he/she holds is of the class required to perform the specific work that he/she has a license to do business in the city and that if he/she does not have such a license, he/she will obtain same prior to commencing work.

The bid notice mentions that if a bidder should, after being awarded the contract, fail to execute the contract and furnish the necessary bonds, certifications, and insurance in the manner and within the time provided in these specifications, the bid security shall be forfeited to the city as liquidated damages, and the award of the contract shall be annulled.

The cutoff date and time for receiving questions regarding this bid is 5:00 PM PT, on Monday, April 13, 2026.

The bid notice does not specify a delivery deadline for the services. The contractor is responsible for providing frequent enough service prior to and after recognized holidays.
