Alternate restraint methods other than fixturing or strongboards are not permissible. Specific alloy identity testing is not required. The contractor must provide and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO ****, with the calibration system requirements of ISO **** or ANSI **** with ISO **** quality system in accordance with MIL I ****, with the calibration system requirements of MIL STD ****, is acceptable as an alternate. The contractor must maintain adequate records of all inspections and tests. The government has the right to inspect at source any supplies or services that were not manufactured or performed within the contractor's facility. The prime contractor must develop documented control procedures for government-furnished material (GFM) and/or equipment (GFE). Traceability and certification requirements are imperative to assure correct materials are installed. The certification data report must completely and accurately reflect that the material supplied meets the specified requirements. All welding electrodes, inserts must be sample inspected. All data concerning material verification, chemical and mechanical properties, traceability, material certifications, material unit container marking, and NDT certifications for material must be 100 inspected. The certificate of compliance must show traceability to the marking applied on each individual item.
