Proposals are requested for on-call asbestos abatement, lead abatement, mold remediation, and related environmental services on an as-needed basis. The contract is for a three-year term with optional two one-year extensions. Bidders must possess required Michigan licenses, have 5 years of experience, and provide three client references. Work must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Emergency response must be available outside normal business hours, with mobilization within four hours of notification.
Payment for routine work shall be based only on actual labor hours worked and measured quantities authorized and completed, consistent with the contract rates and unit prices.
The contractor warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the contract documents, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. at no additional cost to oakland county, the contractor shall correct deficiencies in workmanship identified within one 1 year of project completion
